Well, the headache is still here, but if it's sugar related or not is beyond my lack of medical expertise.
Do you know what sugar is in? EVERYTHING. About 100% of commercial bread contains sugar, even breadcrumbs. Also all tomato products contain sugar, I'm assuming to reduce production time. I don't even eat ketchup that often but because I can't have it, I WANT IT. I want it bad guys.
As for my disposition, I'm kinda tired and my focus levels are low. But it might be because my computer was not cooperating for a good part of my day and I have the attention span of a squirrel on speed. I still completed all of my required tasks but I like to go above and beyond, so chances are I'll be working late. Again.
The probable only way I will be drinking coffee for the remainder of this Godforsaken challenge:
Peanut Butter Banana Coffee Smoothie
- 2 ripe bananas; chilled
- 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter (no salt or sugar)
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 mugs of coffee; chilled
- 1/2 c unsweetened original almond milk
Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
